We're switching every truck over to direct, in-app ordering — truck by truck. Most trucks today take your order with one tap through their own checkout; a few still take a quick phone call while they get set up. Either way, your order gets to the kitchen before you're standing in front of it, and that's the part we're not backing off of.
Your order is placed before you arrive. You still walk up — you just don't wait to be the one talking to the window.
Each truck's kitchen runs on its own clock. If you're ordering from more than one, expect them ready at different times — never a single "everyone's food is up."
Nothing added to your total for ordering ahead instead of at the window. The truck sets the price; we don't touch it.
